Call for proposal
The call for proposals allows to make proposals on a chosen theme or in the framework of an "idea box", to comment and to support other participants.
The context is defined by the administrator (description, dates, attachments, presentation video). Participants can then create proposals and interact on the proposals of other users, to help them improve or support them.
The administrator informs project owners about the progress of their proposals by changing the status of these proposals.
Participatory budget
The participatory budget is a device that empower citizens by allowing them to allocate a defined budget to a set of proposals.
It takes place in four phases:
- submission of proposals and discussions between participants
- analysis of the proposals by the administrator
- voting, with budget constraints
- presentation of the results of the vote and the winning proposals
The administrator can orchestrate the process by defining the framework, rules and dates.
The administrator informs project owners about the status of their proposals by changing the status of these proposals.
Concertation
The collaborative decision is similar to the participatory budget, but the vote is carried out without budget constraints.
It takes place in four phases:
- submission of proposals and discussions between participants
- analysis of the proposals in view of the next phase
- voting (principle of "like")
- presentation of the results of the vote and the winning proposals
The administrator can orchestrate the process by defining the framework, rules and timelines.
Secure votes
Fluicity allows for identity verification in order to better orient users and to ensure that participation is limited to a target population, typically all the inhabitants of a territory.
Thus, some consultations may be conditioned by :
- authentication via an authentication service
- providing a date of birth, an address,...
- the provision of a proof of residence (for example during a local election)
Cartography
On all participation modalities, an interactive map allows to visualize all the proposals. The user can identify the essential information concerning the proposals, and access the details of the proposals directly from the map. The user can also create a proposal directly from the map.
When creating or editing a proposal, users can :
- Enter an address.
- Place the proposal directly on a map.
The administrator can orchestrate the process by defining the framework, rules and timelines.
Neighborhood management
This module allows you to submit participatory devices for sub-groups, such as neighborhoods within a municipality or themes for other organizations.
The platform provides you with two main tools:
- autonomous and fully customizable sub-spaces.
- a tool for segmenting your audience to limit access to certain consultations and to access detailed statistics
