Would you like to consult citizens on a subject of public interest?
Fluicity supports public actors of all sizes (municipalities, inter-municipal authorities, regions, departments, ministries, national agencies, etc.) across Europe, in all their participatory democracy projects.

What about today?
Reconnect citizens with politics
The expectations of citizens to participate are strong and constantly increasing. Whether in the context of an environmental consultation, a structural development or a new public policy, it is now essential and strategic to involve citizens in the decision-making process.
Participatory democracy is not an instinctive skill, however, and no generation of mayor or elected representative can master it spontaneously.
Our role as civic tech is to equip and support public actors in this new adventure.

Our mission?
To implement effective participation mechanisms
Fluicity is committed to all public actors: municipalities, inter-municipal authorities, regions, departments, ministries, national agencies …
Our online platform offers a simple and clear approach to the various citizen consultation mechanisms: survey, poll, participatory budget, etc. Everything is designed for a smooth experience, both participant side and administrator side. Data reports allow you to follow the progress of your projects and draw a concrete analysis.
A doubt, a problem? Our digital participation experts support you throughout your citizen consultation. Configuration and customisation of the platform, help with organisation and project management, communication advice, moderation, examples of local consultations to inspire you… and much more.
More than 100 cities & regions are connected to Fluicity!

How to rally 10% of citizens for a first Participatory Budget?
On 9 April 2020, the municipality of Bertrix (8,000 inhabitants) made the daring choice to launch its first participatory budget on Fluicity while under full lockdown. What a great choice!
In just 3 months, 10% of the population (aged 18 to 88!) came to the Fluicity platform and an inclusive project was born. Pedagogy, support, flexibility: a look back at the keys to this success!

Choosing a project that (really) meets citizen expectations
To revitalise its city centre, the municipality of Thionville (40,000 inhabitants) wanted to put forward a project that would win the support of the inhabitants. Thanks to Fluicity, the city was able to easily set up a citizen consultation and submit its proposal to the population for a vote in the form of a poll.
